Yes, you can rent a car and drive in Lebanon, we can't promise a calm and smooth drive, but is it a nice experience!

Most of the restaurants have a delivery option, you can download an app called "Toters" and order anything, and it will be delivered to your door.

We recommend you plan your trip, in order to know where to stay, Lebanon is a small country, you can drive from north to south in 3h, but in order to enjoy every district, we recommend you do 1-2 nights in each district, depending on your plan, you can check online we have a lot of nice hotels, airbnbs, bed & breakfast, guest houses ...

Anywhere you are in Lebanon, you can find small shops and restaurants that serve authentic Lebanese Street food (pies, sandwiches...) And also, you can always find small markets to shop from.

Lebanese people speak Lebanese Arabic, but most of them speak also English and/or French, don't be worried much about the language, Lebanese people will always find a way to understand and help you.

Our currency is the Lebanese Lira, but you do not need to exchange to Lebanese Lira, as ALL shops accept US Dollar. in case you want to exchange, the exchange rate is currently 90,000 LBP (approx) for each 1 USD.

In Lebanon, you can call a private taxi company that will pick you up from wherever you are and drive you, you can refer to our "transportation" section where we mentioned some of the taxi companies we know. We do not have public transportation. And taxis get paid in cash.
